Abstract
In RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems) biological methods are used to ensure a high-quality level of culture water. However, the process sometimes shows limited efficiencies in degrading some toxicants and pathogens.
The UV and Ozone technologies make it possible to reduce the concentrations of pollutants and at the same time reduce the number of viruses and bacteria floating in the system water.
