Within the framework of activities funded by the EMFAF (European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund) until 2027, the Local Action Groups for Fisheries and Aquaculture are engaged at regional and sub-regional levels in the development of numerous initiatives, as described in the EMFAF Actions, to support aquaculture development.

From supporting projects for the processing and marketing of locally farmed products, to investments in workplace safety, from designing the fisheries markets of the future—improving logistics, digital infrastructure, and network connectivity—to interventions promoting circularity in aquaculture, the meeting will present the results of the calls and ongoing activities.
