VALUE-SHELL is a CREA research project, funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, with the aim of defining the framework of knowledge on national shellfish farming to support intervention strategies. The project envisages the participation of producers and operators in the sector as subjects of the link between the supply chain and the Ministry. During the workshop, the results achieved in relation to the economic and econometric analysis of the sector and the in-depth study of policies will be illustrated.
