Già responsabile della comunicazione e relazioni pubbliche della ONG Fondazione Cetacea, nel 2021 insieme a 4 socie ho fondato la società benefit e startup innovativa Mariscadoras srl Benefit, che con il suo primo progetto Blueat- la pescheria sostenibile sviluppa progetti per lo sfruttamento e la valorizzazione delle specie aliene invasive.

Abstract
Mariscadoras is a startup and benefit company that wiith the project Blueat – The sustainable fishery is committed to shift the focus of the demand of the fish market from the traditional target species to the Invasive Alien Species. Alien Species, will be more and more present in the Mediterranean because of the transformation of the marine environment: they are endangering the survival of native species and consequently the work of thousands of families living thanks to small-scale and artisanal fishing  and seaside tourism.
Approximately two years after the establishment of the company, Mariscadoras created a supply chain for the exploitation of blue crab Callinectes sapidus involving the fishermen, fish processing companies and distributing products in the italian Horeca sector and supermarkets, and exporting to foreign B2B companies.
The society is managed by 5 young women and develops projects in the field of gender equality in the fisheries sector.
